Empowering Children & Adults Through Swimming Lessons

Sometimes people do not understand what I mean when I say that I teach by spiritually connecting to my clients, either when teaching swimming lessons to a child, teen, or adult, or in a Life Coaching session, Soul Blazing with a client. I just completed reading the books by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish: How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk, and How To Talk So Teens Will Listen & Listen So Teens Will Talk. After reading these books, it makes it easier to put into layman’s terms what I mean when I say ‘spiritual connection.’

As a Soul Blazing Life Coach, I teach people to live from their Authentic Soul and to communicate with others from their Authentic Soul. As a swimming instructor for One with the Water, I, as well as all of the coaches, teach from our Authentic Souls. That means that as One with the Water coaches, we acknowledge the fears, feelings and thoughts the child, teen, or adult is having during their lesson. We connect with them and empower them. If the swimmer is fearful of the water, we acknowledge that fear by accepting that it is real. We empathize with our clients no matter what age. The only way to do this is to teach from our Authentic Soul. We teach, train, and motivate swimmers of all ages to excel in swimming and in life!

If you are having issues with your child or teen, I recommend that you read these books, and seek Life Coaching from a Soul Blazing Life Coach. To gain a better understanding of these communication principles I speak about, I recommend that you attend my ‘How To Talk So Kids Will Listen Workshop.’ Contact me for details!

The books focus on listening and accepting your child’s feelings. This requires parents and teachers to communicate from their Authentic Souls. Sign up today for a Soul Blazing Life Coaching Session and I will teach you to communicate from your Authentic Soul!
